Maria is a Colombian attorney with a specialization in Environmental Law, from the Libre University and Externado University of Bogotá, she came to the United States in 2017 as a part of a cultural Exchange program, leaving behind the familiarity of her home and immigrate to a new country. This experience exposed her to the rich tapestry of cultures, opportunities, and challenges that the United States has to offer, she had the privilege of immersing herself in American culture while also sharing the beauty of her heritage with others, during that time she discovered her passion for immigration law. With over two and a half years of experience in immigration law as a Legal Assistant, she had assisted numerous individuals and families in navigating the legal system of the United States, providing comprehensive services to address a wide range of immigration issues, whether it's obtaining visas, adjusting immigration statuses or achieving their dreams of establishing a secure and prosperous future in the United States.

From her own immigration experience and cultural exchange, she has grown as an individual, this experience has shaping her into the person that she is today.
